About therapy

Therapy offers a weekly safe and confidential space to reflect, think and feel. 

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming for a variety of reasons. Talking about your life experiences, relationships and feelings can be difficult - I offer a non-judgmental space in which you can explore whatever it is that you would like to talk about.

As an Integrative Counsellor with an additional certification in Sex Counselling, I use different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. Usually this includes working with past experiences just as much as with the here and now. 

I know it can feel daunting to reach out to a therapist. I don’t take it for granted when people contact me – it’s a big step. And I think it’s important to choose a therapist that feels right to you. That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation via Zoom or on the phone that gives you the possiblity to get an impression of me and my way of working.
