Talking about your life experiences, relationships and feelings can be difficult - I offer a non-judgmental space in which you can explore whatever it is that you would like to talk about.
As an Integrative Counsellor I use different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. Usually this includes working with past experiences just as much as with the here and now.
