About me

Hi, I am Ursula (she/her). I am an integrative therapist who specializes in working with clients who come to therapy in order to talk about their relationship(s), sexuality, sexual orientation/identity, gender journey, etc. (See Specialism)

I did my Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy training at the Minster Centre in London and have experience in working with private clients as well as within higher-educational institutions. In addition to my diploma in Integrative Counselling, I do hold a certification in Sex Counselling and a Master's in Sexuality Studies.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirmative practitioner and welcome clients from all backgrounds.

Modalities: I am an Integrative Therapist, which means I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and I work uniquely with each client - the way we work together will depend on what you come to therapy for and what works best for you and can always be adapted.

These are the therapeutic modalities I use in my practice:

  • Attachment-based therapy
  • Existential therapy
  • Person-Centred therapy
  • Psychodynamic therapy
  • Polyvagal therapy
  • Creative therapy

Languages: I can offer therapy in English or German.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), fully insured and I work to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy
